Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your Lumitell account and what happens to your data.
Delete from the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Lumitell app:
Open Settings — tap the gear icon on the home screen
Scroll to the bottom — find the "Delete My Data" button under Terms
Confirm deletion — your account and data will be permanently removed
Delete via Email
If you can't access the app or prefer to request deletion by email, send us a message from the email address associated with your Lumitell account:
Email support@lumitell.aiWe will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and email address
- Subscription and payment history
- Content reports and feedback you've submitted
- All server-side data associated with your account
What Stays on Your Device
- Stories are stored locally on your device — they are not affected by account deletion
- You can delete saved stories manually from your device at any time
Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
Android: Google Play > Subscriptions > Lumitell > Cancel.
iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Lumitell > Cancel.
